Live Personal Training/Online Coaching Calls

It’s like I’m in the same room, standing next to you! Receive a live coaching call (via zoom or FaceTime) to complete your workout. These sessions designed for your specific goals, with an emphasis on full body workouts. My workouts can combine strength training, running (if desired), conditioning, calisthenics/body weight, kettlebells/dumbbells, barbells and boxing depending on your preferences and equipment access.

 

Training Membership

Take the guesswork out of your training. Your membership includes app access, accountability, and 4 weekly workouts including strength training, conditioning workouts, and mobility workouts. Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

Helping postpartum women feel recovered and strong is extremely important to me. Whether you are 6 months postpartum or 15 years, I am passionate about helping you strengthen and understand your body so that you are able to safely get back to all the activities you enjoy.

Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Are you new nutrition and not sure where to start? Are you tired of restrictive diets that don’t last? Are you ready to feel great and learn more about how to properly fuel your body? As your coach, I understand that holistic nutrition is more than just what you eat. When you work with me you’ll receive custom nutrition coaching that works with your unique goals and lifestyle, with bi-weekly video calls, & nutrition education.

 

1:1 Customized Programs

I create your program specifically for your unique goals, needs, equipment, concerns, and how many days per week you’d like to train. I am able to design plans for running, strength training, mobility and more! Your plan will be created in an app complete with exercise video demos , written instructions, and you're able to upload videos of yourself for feedback and form correction, from me, your coach!

 

Boxing Workouts

Looking for a fun way to build your cardio and conditioning? Boxing is the workout for you! I have been boxing for more than 10 years. I enjoy teaching boxing as a fun way for my clients to relieve stress, achieve a total-body workout, and have fun. Boxing is also a great cross-training and confidence building workout.

Training Options & Pricing:

 

Membership: $105/month

I do the thinking and you do the workouts! Are you struggling with which workout to do next or are you not sure how to structure your workouts from day to day or week to week? This is the membership for you! The programs in the online membership are designed to make sure each person gets individual attention while also getting support from working with their peers towards a similar goal. You’ll receive structured workouts, accountability, and have fun! Find out more by clicking the button below.

 

1:1 Custom Program: starting at: $185/month

Take the guesswork out of your training. Clients will receive a customized program made specifically for you and your goals that is delivered via the TrueCoach App. These workouts are designed 100% for you and can be programmed for any length workout that fits in your schedule, typically 30 minutes to an 1hr+. In this app you will be able to watch video demonstrations of each exercise, log your workouts, and track your progress. In this app I will also be able to see each workout that you log and track your progress. Clients are allowed to send unlimited messages and are asked to attach video of themselves completing the exercises so that I am able to review your workout and provide feedback. You will receive video feedback from me on Mondays reviewing your workout from the previous week.

What to expect from personal training via TrueCoach:

  • Workouts delivered via TrueCoach that support your lifestyle, not compete with it.

  • Workouts are designed for the equipment that you have access to, whether you workout in a gym facility, a home gym, or have no equipment!

  • You choose the number of days you’d like to workout! Pricing is dependent on the number of workout days each week.

  • Ability to upload videos of yourself doing each exercise to receive feedback and form corrections.

  • Video demos of each exercise with written programming for applicable sets/reps/weights etc.

  • Receive video feedback of me reviewing your past workouts, video feedback is sent on Mondays.

  • No bullish*t workouts with badass programming designed 100% for your unique goals.

  • Leaving you feeling strong and capable, not exhausted and fatigued and wanting to quit after one week.

  • Access to me to answer any questions and provide feedback.

  • Flexibility and freedom to complete your workouts at your pace and around your schedule to fit your needs.

  • Lastly but most importantly…expect to be challenged but have fun!!

 

1:1 Remote Coaching Calls: Starting at $140/month

Personal training sessions are available online through Zoom. In these sessions I will be with you to guide you through your entire workout, hold you accountable, provide instruction, provide feedback, and you keep motivated. This is a great option if you are seeking boxing sessions, accountability, are a beginner looking to learn correct form, or advanced clients who are constantly seeking to be challenged during their workouts. In each session you will have my undivided attention and your workout will be catered to your goals, needs, and what equipment you have access to. Choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions up to 4x per week.

What to expect from personal training via Zoom or Facetime:

  • You will receive a video call from me via Zoom at our agreed upon day/time every week.

  • Accountability knowing that you will receive a video call to make sure you don’t skip your workout.

  • My undivided attention to guide you through your entire workout.

  • Workouts designed specifically to suit your equipment access, needs, abilities, and goals.

  • Choose from 30 minute or 60 minute sessions (length of session and how many times per week determines the price).

 

Nutrition Coaching: $175/month

Holistic nutrition is more than just what you eat. When you work with me you’ll receive custom nutrition coaching that works with your unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences. In your program, you’ll receive bi-weekly video calls, nutritional assignments/homework, nutritional education, handouts and resources, and learn how to create sustainable habits that make sense for you.
