Includes bi-weekly video calls, in-app support, habit-based guidance, and full accountability to help you thrive from the inside out.
Running Coaching
Running shouldn’t feel random or overwhelming. Whether you're lacing up for your first 5K or trying to PR your next half marathon, I’ll build a personalized program that includes pacing guidance, recovery support, and strength workouts to keep you injury-free. You’ll have structure, clarity, and progress—all without burning out.
Boxing Workouts
Boxing is more than just a workout—it’s a powerful way to build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence. These sessions combine boxing fundamentals (like footwork, combos, and bag work if you have one) with strength and conditioning elements for a total-body challenge that’s also fun and stress-relieving. No experience needed—just a willingness to move and sweat.
