3 Weekly Workouts
Each week, you’ll receive three 30-45 minute workouts to do at your own pace, designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. These workouts cover upper body, lower body, and core, and each exercise has a video demonstration and description in the TrueCoach App. You’ll have options for At Home or Gym plan variations, making it easy for anyone to complete.

Wellness Challenges
Every week brings a new wellness focus through video lessons and challenges to deepen your understanding and support your progress. We’ll cover essential wellness topics that build on each other, and each video includes a motivating challenge. Weekly tips and prompts will be shared in our private Facebook group. Not on Facebook? No problem! Everything will also be emailed to you.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this program offers adaptable workouts and health tips designed to fit into a busy schedule. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being and stay consistent this year, this program is perfect for you!

You’ll have the option to choose between two workout variations: At Home or Gym. If you select the gym-based workouts, you’ll need access to dumbbells or kettlebells, and a cable machine. If you select the at-home workouts, you’ll need bands, and a pair of weights. Both variations are effective, so you can choose based on your available resources and preferences.

Thrive in 2025 is designed to fit into even the busiest schedule. You’ll spend about 30-45 minutes per workout, three times a week, plus a few minutes each day for habit tracking and goal setting. Additionally, you can spend 10-15 minutes each week watching the wellness video lessons and setting your weekly goals. The program is structured to keep you consistent without taking up too much time.

Amazing! You can still participate in the next Thrive in 2025 Program! With different challenges and new information, this program is designed to seamlessly blend with the previous program so you can continue to expand on your journey.

The workouts in this program are strength training workouts that use either dumbbells or kettlebells, bands/cable machine, or bodyweight (depending on the program you choose).
The workouts are self-paced and will be accessible to you via the TrueCoach app with video demos and descriptions for each exercise.
You will have access to these workouts for 5 weeks from the start date of the program.

No problem! The nutritional tips provided in the program are designed to be flexible and adaptable. We focus on holistic, sustainable nutrition that works for a variety of dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and other preferences. My goal is to offer tips and guidance that help you stay nourished without any restrictive diets or eliminations.

Life happens! Thrive in 2025 is designed with flexibility in mind, so if you miss a workout or fall behind, you can easily catch up at your own pace. You’ll have access to all content and resources throughout the program, allowing you to go back and complete anything you may have missed. The important thing is to stay engaged and keep progressing, even if it’s at your own rhythm. You have access to the entire program for 5 weeks.
