This is an intermediate-advanced program for those who are comfortable with the basic movement patterns (squats, deadlifts, lunges, rows etc.). We utilize supersets, circuits, and intervals to build strength and work on cardiovascular endurance.
Choose the option to complete this program at home or in a gym.
In the home program, you will be using equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells, bench or step, bands (modifications are always available for various equipment options) and calisthenics (bodyweight) movements.
The gym option will use the same equipment as above plus additional equipment such as cable machines, barbells, and other gym equipment.
All workouts are delivered in the TruceCoach App with video demo's for each movement.
You will get 4 workouts per week:
2 strength workouts averaging 45-60 minutes depending on the amount of rest you choose to take and the number of sets your choose to complete.
1 conditioning workout averaging 45 minutes. These workouts are designed to improve you aerobic capacity and athleticism.
1 mobility “workout”. The mobility workout will be active stretching movements to balance out the strength work we have done during the week and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Your workouts will be available for to access in TrueCoach on Sundays of each week. While the workouts are scheduled on certain days of the week, you can choose to complete them on any day that works best for you and your schedule.
This group is a recurring subscription service, you will be automatically billed each month unless you choose to cancel before your next billing date.
