Beginner friendly program.

This program focuses on learning, improving, and mastering the fundamental movement patterns (squats, deadlifts, rows) etc for beginners or those who prefer to stick with the basic movement patterns. This program can be done in a gym or home setting where you have access to dumbbells and/or kettlebells and bands. All workouts are delivered in the TruceCoach App with video demo's for each movement.

You will get 4 workouts per week:

  • 2 strength workouts averaging 45-60 minutes depending on the amount of rest you choose to take and the number of sets your choose to complete.

  • 1 conditioning workout averaging 20-30 minutes. These workouts are designed to improve you aerobic capacity and athleticism.

  • 1 mobility “workout”. The mobility workout will be active stretching movements to balance out the strength work we have done during the week and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Your workouts will be available for to access in TrueCoach on Sundays of each week. While the workouts are scheduled on certain days of the week, you can choose to complete them on any day that works best for you and your schedule.

This program is a recurring subscription service, you will be automatically billed each month unless you choose to cancel before your next billing date.
