  • 3 Weekly Workouts

    Each week, you’ll receive three 30-minute workouts to do at your own pace, designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. These workouts cover upper body, lower body, and core, and each exercise has a video demonstration and description in the TrueCoach App. You’ll have options for bodyweight or equipment-based workouts, making it easy to follow from home or a gym.

  • Wellness Challenges

    Every week brings a new wellness focus through video lessons and challenges to deepen your understanding and support your progress. We’ll cover essential wellness topics that build on each other, and each video includes a motivating challenge. Weekly tips and prompts will be shared in our private Facebook group. Not on Facebook?   • You’ll have the option to choose between two workout variations: bodyweight-only or an equipment-based program. If you select the equipment-based workouts, you’ll need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells for upper and lower body exercises. Both variations are effective, so you can choose based on your available resources and preferences.

  • The Holiday Hustle is designed to fit into even the busiest holiday schedule. You’ll spend about 30 minutes per workout, three times a week, plus a few minutes each day for habit tracking and goal setting. Additionally, you can spend 10-15 minutes each week watching the wellness video lessons and setting your weekly goals. The program is structured to keep you consistent without taking up too much time.

  • The workouts in this program are strength training workouts that use either dumbbells or kettlebells, bands, or bodyweight (depending on the program you choose).

    The workouts are self-paced and will be accessible to you via the TrueCoach app with video demos and descriptions for each exercise.

    You will have access to these workouts from November 25th-December 31st.
