Sign-up for our Run Into Summer 6 Week Challenge! This challenge will help you stay consistent and motivated leading up to summer. In this challenge you will receive a guided run or walking program to follow, 2 strength workouts, 1 mobility/recovery workout, nutrition guidance, and a habit tracking calendar!
In this program you will be coached by myself and holistic health coach Sarah James. As your coaches we are here to help guide you, create structure, take action, and offer you support.

30 Day Habit Tracking Calendar with prompts.
Choose from a 6 Week Run or Walk Program
30 minute workouts x 2 per week delivered in the TrueCoach App.
Mobility/Recovery Workout x 1 per week delivered in the TrueCoach App.
Health coaching nutritional tips from Sarah James (no diets, restrictions)
Goal setting and habit tracking tips.
Access to a private facebook support group.
Support and encouragement from two coaches.

The Details
Setting your challenge goal. We all have different goals that we are working towards. Our job as your coaches will be to provide support to help you achieve your goal. Have no idea what your goal is? Don’t worry we are going to be learning how to set a goal!
Sticking to your healthy routine. We get it, trying to balance training, running, nutrition, work, family and everything else in life can feel overwhelming! In the Run Into Summer Program we do all the programming for you so you can concentrate on getting into a healthy routine and feeling your best! Coaches Brenna and Sarah will help you stay consistent and motivated leading up to summer.
Weekly nutritional education. You will learn about holistic nutrition and how to implement it into your lifestyle. No food eliminations, detox, or judgement will be found here. If you have special dietary concerns (gluten free, vegan, etc.) this challenge is still for you!
Support from two coaches. The only thing better than having one coach, is having two! The Run Into Summer Challenge is coached by Sarah James and myself. You will receive weekly workouts programmed by myself as well as weekly nutrition tips, health tips, and habit tips from Sarah James.
6 Week Run or Walk Program. Choose a running or walking program that is designed to be paired with your weekly strength workouts. Both programs will progress you over the 6 weeks so that you can run or walk farther, faster, and maybe complete a 5k or more(depending on your personal goals)!
3 workouts per week. You will receive 2 strength workouts and 1 mobility program to be completed at your own pace. These workouts are programmed for you through an app that contains video demos and descriptions for each movement.
No equipment? No problem! At checkout, you have the option to choose between an equipment or body weight only workouts. For the equipment workout program you will need weights (dumbbells or kettlebells) that you are comfortable using for upper and lower body movements.
Weekly challenges and videos from us, your coaches! You will receive weekly videos from Sarah and Brenna that focus on a new wellness topic that builds on the previous week. These topics will help us improve our lifestyle and will lead into your weekly wellness challenge! We will post your weekly wellness challenge, tips, and more to a private facebook group just for members of the Run Into Summer Program. Don’t use facebook? No worries! These videos and other weekly content will also be emailed to you!
